Louise Robinson: Account Manager

Graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2007, after studying a three year BA Hons degree in Public Relations. Her course covered both commercial and non-commercial PR, crisis management and marketing. She has a strong customer service background having worked as a supervisor and complaints advisor for almost five years. Her responsibilities included leading a team of ten customer managers, coaching her team, and dealing with a range of complex customer queries and resolving them within set timescales.
