Louise Robinson: Account Manager
An experienced PR practitioner with a degree in public relations, Louise’s areas of expertise include strategic PR, copywriting, crisis management and media relations. Louise has undertaken projects on behalf of a broad range of clients, and has experience of both commercial and non-commercial PR, as well as corporate and consumer communications. She has a strong customer service background having worked as a supervisor and complaints advisor for almost five years. Louise enjoys spending her spare time relaxing at home with her fiancé and pet dogs. When she’s not doing that, you’ll probably find her (somewhere beneath hundreds of shopping bags!) rooting around TK Maxx seeking out a bargain, or visiting her family and friends.
